Step 1 - Peak Curiosity with Stories

The Lead Capture page tells the stories of many families just like thiers Working together towards Financial and Family Freedom. There are several success stories shared by Melaleuca families and Enhance members placed on the page to entice the visitor to Learn More.

Step 2 - Invite them to Learn More

Once the prospect clicks "Learn More" a pop-up will show up on the screen with an introduction video which compels them to opt-in to Request More Information.

The New Prospect is added into your contact manager as "Familieswithaplan Prospect" and is displayed in the contact manager under "Prospects". The prospect is automatically delivered directly to the questionnaire page after requesting more info. Behind the scenes a series of autoresponder emails are sent over the next week ensuring that they complete the questionnaire in Step 3.

Step 3 - Pre-Qualify the Prospect

The Questionaire page is where the new Prospect lands after form completion. There is a series of qualifying questions that allow you to get to know the prospect better and help financially qualify them further.

Upon Completion of the Survey, the Status of the Prospect is changed to "FamiliesWithAPlan Applicant" and is moved out of the series of emails asking them to complete the questionnaire. These leads will show up under the Questionnaires tab inside your contact manager with the detailed results of the Questionnaire.

Step 4 - Prospect sets appointment from your availability

After completing the questionnaire the prospect will be sent to your booking page where they will be able to select a good time to chat with you based on your availability using Calendly a free booking software integrated into the Enhance Marketing System.

Step 5 - Presentation that Speaks to Families

Using Send Information inside your back office or mobile app, you can send the prospect a FamiliesWithaPlan brand specific Melaleuca Overview Presentation which speaks directly to them.
